Appointment & Check-In Information

Scheduling Your Visit

A $15 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. With at least 24 hours’ notice, this deposit can be transferred to a new appointment date.

Before You Arrive

Please plan to arrive 10 – 15 minutes early to complete your cat’s grooming check-in form and discuss your cat’s grooming with our team. If you prefer to fill it out ahead of time, you can complete the form directly on our website.

Vaccination Requirements

For the safety of all our feline guests, we require that cats be up-to-date on Rabies and Feline RCP vaccinations (initial boosters given three weeks apart, followed by regular boosters).

  • Proof of vaccination is required at check-in.
  • If you don’t have documentation, we can administer vaccines on-site at the owner’s expense.
  • To streamline your visit, please email or text us your cat’s vaccine records in advance.

Our medical team follows the guidelines of the American Association of Feline Practitioners.

Sedation Policy

Some cats benefit from mild sedation or calming agents during grooming, as stress-related conditions (like high blood pressure) can be more harmful than the sedation itself.

  • If your cat has not had a physical exam at our facility in the past 6–12 months, a pre-sedation exam ($65) will be required.
  • This ensures we can safely administer sedation, when necessary, for your cat’s comfort and well-being. Final exam decisions are made at the discretion of the doctor on duty.
  • Senior cats (10+ years) need current lab work before sedation to ensure their safety and determine the best care plan. A pre-anesthetic panel costs $65.91. It’s optional for most cats but required for seniors and when deemed necessary by the vet.

Flea-Free Policy

All cats must be free of fleas at check-in. We will use a flea comb to check for live fleas or flea dirt. If any are found, flea treatment will be administered at the owner’s expense.
